Midwest and Great Plains Drought Webinar
August 15, 2013 at 1PM Central Time
The presentation will continue the discussion of the current drought and other climate impacts across the region as well as outlooks for drought, precipitation and temperatures over the coming months. Recent rainfall or lack thereof have changed the situation somewhat since our last call. In addition, temperatures have been below normal over much of the region. This may have implications for agriculture and other sectors in the region. Dennis Todey (South Dakota State Climatologist) will provide the briefing. After his presentation we will take questions.
