The Kentucky Climate Center/Kentucky Mesonet developed an interactive data visualization and analysis dashboard to enable users to better understand the nature, rate, and threat of drought intensification. The dashboard enables users to assess site-specific indicators of drought status by integrating observed and derived data from the Kentucky Mesonet, including precipitation, soil moisture, and potential evapotranspiration, in addition to landscape NDVI imagery from the mesonet sites.
