Above-normal precipitation was observed across areas of the U.S.–Affiliated Pacific Islands, including Guam, much of the Federated States of Micronesia, and the Republic of the Marshall Islands, as well as the Hawaiian Islands. Drier-than-normal conditions prevailed in the Republic of Palau and American Samoa.
