The Intermountain West Drought Conditions & Outlooks webinars are held every other month on the first Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. MT. Hosted by NOAA's National Integrated Drought Information System (NIDIS), these webinars provide the region with timely information on current and developing drought conditions, as well as climatic events like El Niño and La Niña. Speakers may also discuss the impacts of these conditions on topics such as agriculture production, water resources, wildfires and ecosystems.
The December 10 webinar included presentations on drought recovery and snow drought outlooks.
