Snow Today updates daily images on snow conditions and relevant data, and also provides monthly scientific analyses from January to May, or more frequently as conditions warrant. The National Snow and Ice Data Center is part of CIRES at the University of Colorado Boulder.

The Center for Western Weather and Water Extremes (CW3E) uses Global Ensemble Forecast System forecasts to show the evolution of the freezing level above, within, or below a watershed's terrain (that is, forecast near-surface temperatures being above or below freezing, and precipitation falling as rain or snow).

The National Weather Service's Climate Prediction Center (CPC) produces official monthly and seasonal temperature and precipitation outlook products. This information was converted into projected monthly temperature and precipitation values for future months, then the projected values were used to compute projected future Palmer Hydrological Drought Index (PHDI) values.

This tool shows one-month projections for EDDI, which is an early warning guidance tool that is available for monitoring.

The National Drought Mitigation Center's Drought Impacts Toolkit features several key tools for monitoring and mitigating the impacts of drought, including condition monitoring observer reports, the Visual Drought Atlas, and the Drought Impact Reporter.

A one-stop shop tool that places recent temperature and precipitation conditions in both a historical and geographical perspective across the Southeast.

The National Environmental Public Health Tracking Network brings together data on environments and hazards, health effects, and population health from national, state, and city sources.

The CSI is a drought index tool that uses salinity data to characterize saline (drought) and freshwater (wet) conditions in coastal surface waters.

Interactive map shows results of 2012-2018 aerial tree-mortality surveys: numbers of dead trees per acre, high hazard zones, asset locations and more information related to drought-caused tree mortality and subsequent bark beetle infestations.

This tool, available as part of The Climate Toolbox, provides a table of future climate projections from an average of 20 global climate models under either high or low future greenhouse gas emission scenario for a selected location in the contiguous United States.
